Bandari FC head coach Bernard Mwalala praised Ugandan forward, William Wadri for the good performance he put in against Nzoia Sugar on Saturday 25th August.
Wadri didn’t train with the team prior to the match as he had a slight knock and was largely expected to miss the match.
He was however cleared to feature in the game on Friday and featured for the entire game. Mwalala was impressed with the forward and heaped praises on him.
“He didn’t train with the team last week because he had a slight injury; he undertook some light personal training. He was assessed on Friday and was cleared to play. During the match he was excellent for the 90 minutes, his work rate was impressive, he helped the team a great deal and I am pleased, “he said.
Bandari won the match 1-0 courtesy of a Wycliffe Ochomo second half strike.
