Hon. Emmanuel Wepukhulu Biara, a prominent development advocate and parliamentary aspirant for Bulambuli Constituency, attended a fundraising event at Bungwanyi Church of Uganda.
The event aimed to raise funds for finishing the church building, and Biara made a significant contribution to the cause.
During his address, Biara requested that the faithful cite Isaiah 7:14 on July 17, 2025, morning, as they gather for the NRM primary election. This powerful verse states, “Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.”
As a leader committed to serving his community, Biara’s contribution to the church fundraiser reflects his dedication to uplifting the spiritual and physical well-being of his constituents. His participation in the NRM primary election demonstrates his commitment to transforming Bulambuli Constituency through vibrant, transparent, and transformational leadership.
Biara’s 2026-2031 parliamentary manifesto outlines a 14-point plan addressing critical issues such as education, agriculture, health, infrastructure, and youth empowerment. Through his leadership, Biara aims to bring about positive change and development to Bulambuli Constituency, prioritizing the needs of his constituents and working tirelessly to improve their lives.
