Arrow Security Systems Ltd has announced, with deep sorrow, the passing of their Director of Operations and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sam Omalla.
Mr. Omalla, a respected leader and retired Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), breathed his last this morning at 7:00 AM at Mulago Hospital, after a prolonged battle with cancer.
In a heartfelt statement, Arrow Security Systems paid tribute to Mr. Omalla’s enduring dedication, describing him as a pillar of strength, leadership, and integrity both in his service to the company and to the nation. His career spanned decades in the Uganda Police Force, where he rose through the ranks to ACP before transitioning into private security leadership.
“We have lost not just a colleague but a mentor, a patriot, and a true gentleman,” the company said.
Funeral arrangements and official tributes will be communicated in due course.
