In a surprising twist Nsereko Moses arrived at the Kawempe Electoral Commission offices for his nomination as an independent candidate ahead of the upcoming Kawempe North by-election.
Nsereko finished in the ninth position in NUP party flag bearers’ race and fainted before declaring to run as an independent candidate.
However, Nsereko Moses was sent back by Electoral Commission officials after failing to provide a professional portrait for use on his campaign poster during the election period.
Among others expected to be nominated are the NRM Faridah Nambi and DP’s Henry Kasacca Mubiru who already have their respective party ticket.
