Presidential Advisor on Special Operations and first son Gen Muhoozi Keinerugaba has blamed police for failure to protect singer Moses Ssali aka Big Size Bebe Cool from being attacked by hooligans who pelted bottles at him during Cindy’s Boom Party concert .
Bebe cool was highly humiliated the second time by a group of revelers who threw plastic bottles at the singer while chanting that he should go and sing during State house sponsored shows.
Gen Muhoozi through his tweet also said that the same hooligans target every musician who supports President Museveni adding that they last attacked Catherine Kusasira in recent shows.
Our spies close to Gen Muhoozi, told us that the presidential advisor on special operations wondered why police has failed to profile all these hooligans and monitor them whenever there is a function.
“I think police is failing us politically, why is it that these hooligans attack musicians supporting President Museveni. Its not the first time but they have failed to profile and arrest them,” our spies quoted first son furiously warning.
However Fred Enanga the police’s mouthpiece told us that 11 people have so far been arrested in connection to the weekend’s attack on singer Bebe Cool.
Other NRM artists who have recently been hurled with water bottles at concerts include artists Big Eye and Full Figure.
Gen Muhoozi in his tweet added that the same hooligans beat up women on International Women’s day because they also support President Museveni.
How could @PoliceUg and the bouncers at Cindy’s Concert allow a few hooligans to hurl bottles at one of Uganda’s greatest artists?? The same hooligans beat up women (on Women’s Day) for simply loving @KagutaMuseveni and @BebeCoolUG. We expect a lot better next time from @PoliceUg pic.twitter.com/eYzsHINAC9
