The UCC Film Festival Awards 2025 opened today at the Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology (UICT) in Nakawa with great excitement and a touch of prestige, as top government figures graced the event.
Among the high-profile guests were former Prime Ministers Amama Mbabazi and Ruhakana Rugunda, along with the respected Joyce Ssebuwawwa.
