M7 Promotes Gen Muhoozi Spokesperson

 President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who also doubles as the Commander In Chief(CIC) of armed Forces has promoted Chris Magezi from the rank of Lt Col to full Col.

Magezi has also been appointed as Military Assistant to Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) in charge of media.

 Previously Magezi served as head communications of Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba.

 He also worked as spokesperson in Air force, SFC among others.

According to State house sources, the Promotion of Magezi came in a special way.

 "The message for his promotion came alone which is always done rearly in military.

Such promotions are regarded as special promotion," Says a military source adding that Magezi has just been on the rank of Lt Col for not more than three years.
