COVID-19: Uganda Registers One New Death, 231 Test Positive as Total Hits 16,020

Uganda has registered one (1) new COVID-19 death bringing the total COVID-19 deaths to 145.

The ministry of health Uganda has also registered 231 new COVID19 cases from tests done on 14 November 2020.

Of the confirmed cases, 226 are contacts and alerts from Kampala (80), Wakiso (28), Kasese (16), Mbale (12), Rukiga (11), Kabale (7), Luwero (5), Masaka (5), Jinja (5), Mukono (6), Apac (3), Kaberamaido (4), Busia (3), Kibuku (3), Kalungu (3), Kamuli (3), Kabarole (2), Ntungamo (2), Moroto (2), Amuria (2), Buyende (2), Iganga (2), Buvuma (2), Sironko (2), Adjumani (1), Namisindwa (1), Kanungu (1), Kaliro (2), Kiryandongo (1) Amolatar (1), Kalaki (1), Mbarara (1), Kitgum (1), Mityana (1), Butaleja (2), Bunyangabu (1), Buyende (1), and Mubende (1) districts.

The other five (5) cases are truck drivers who arrived via Malaba point of entry.

Currently, Uganda registers a cumulative total of 16,020 confirmed cases and 8,038 recoveries.
