High court judge Justice Michel Elibu has ordered National unity platform NUP president Kyagulanyi BobiWine of follow standard operating Procedures upon release from house arrest.

According to court ruling, justice Elibu said that the respondent made a prayer for applicant to comply with the Standard Operating Procedures with regard to COVID. Adding that the court takes a judicial notice of the virulent covid19 and the public health necessity to comply with SOPs

Court ordered that Bobiwine should not be involved in gathering people, holding meetings and rallies within the city center and entire country.
