The Minister of ICT and National guidance Hon  Judith Nabakooba ,has today hosted the Buganda Deputy Katikiro , Mr. Noah Kiyimba with whom they discussed ICT development.

According to Nabakooba, her ministry was looking at areas of collaboration between Buganda and government to facilitate ICT development , communication and national guidance.

“We have agreed on having a framework for this collaboration to forge partnership for innovation and incubation hubs,” Nabakooba said .
