The FDC party spokesperson Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda has today morning been arrested and whisked away to an unknown destination by the police.
Ssemujju was intercepted by both police and military officers on his way to the FDC party offices in Najjanankumbi this morning.
He was then accompanied by officers away from the route heading to the FDC party offices to a destination yet to be known.
It’s understood that Ssemujju was among the people supposed to second Patrick Amuriat as the presidential flag bearer ahead of today’s nomination at Kyambogo play grounds.
Reports have it that the police is also arresting any person found wearing a red beret around the party offices in Najjanankumbi.
