Nsangi Police Division is investigating a chilling suspected murder case after a wooden box containing what are believed to be human remains was found along Manja-Muzinda road in Buloba swamp. The discovery was made by Musoke William, a bricklayer, at 11:10 am on September 10, 2025. Alarmed by the find, he reported the matter to Nsangi police at 7:30 pm the same day.

Police quickly responded to the scene and secured the box, which was then taken to Mulago City Mortuary for a postmortem examination. Authorities have described the contents of the box as cut pieces suspected to be human, highlighting the possibility of a gruesome crime.
