Police Officer Defiles 15 Year Old, HIV Positive Girl

The Old Kampala Police Division in Kampala have arrested Cpl Emiti Curthbert No 32372 a police officer attached to CFPU Office Old Kampala police Division over Aggravated Defilement.

 The vicitim whose names are withheld because she is a minor is aged 15years old muganda by tribe Resident of Kawaala Rubaga Division in Kampala District.

It is alleged that on the 21/09/2024 at 0800hrs one No 43024 D/cpl Kugonza Betty was called by kyomugasho Gift f/j aged 15 years that he has gotten a friend locked in the shelter with a man and covered the widows where Kugonza Betty and D/sgt Onim Godfrey rushed to the shelter only to confirm it was true.

They knocked at the door but after a period of around four minutes that is when the door was opened and coming out was Cpl Emiti Curthbert of CFPU with the  victim inside the shelter.

The victim was taken over by D/cpl Kogonza Betty while D/sgt Arrested the suspect.

The Case of aggravated Defilement was enter against Cpl Emiti Curthbert who is currently detained.

The Victim was examined on pf 3A and HIV which revealed positive as well as the suspect examined on pf 24A and HIV which revealed Nagative.

 A case of aggravated Defilement has been opened vide CRB 2323/2024 of Old Kampala police Division for investigations.
