Colonel David Byaruhanga, a senior officer in the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF), has died at Nakasero Hospital.
The 409 Brigade Commander at Bondo Barracks in Arua District, Col. David Byaruhanga, has died. Col Byaruhanga had been admitted at Nakasero, according to the 4th Division Public Relations Officer, Capt David Kamya.
“He has died as a Hero and we shall remember him,” he said.
