The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) management and staff have warmly congratulated the people of Uganda as the nation proudly marks 40 years of Liberation. This milestone is a moment to reflect on the country’s journey, celebrate the resilience of its people, and acknowledge the progress achieved over four decades.
UCC highlighted the importance of unity, peace, and national development as the cornerstones of Uganda’s growth. The path to liberation was filled with challenges, but the courage and determination of the Ugandan people have ensured that the country stands strong, proud, and forward-looking today.
The Commission called on all citizens to embrace the values that have shaped Uganda’s history—solidarity, perseverance, and a shared commitment to peace. By working together, Ugandans can continue building a nation where freedom, opportunity, and progress thrive for everyone.
On this historic day, UCC joins the nation in honoring the journey, celebrating the achievements, and reaffirming its commitment to a peaceful, united, and progressive Uganda. This 40th anniversary is not only a celebration of the past but also a call to work together for an even brighter future.
