Major General Jack Bakasumba has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General. In the same announcement, Brigadier General James Kinalwa was promoted to Major General. He is the current head of Joint Staff Human Resource Management, overseeing personnel affairs within the UPDF. His decades of commitment and professionalism have contributed significantly to the growth and discipline of Uganda’s armed forces.
