Shakib Lutaaya Draws the Line “Friends Shouldn’t Get Too Close to My Wife Zari”

Must read

Shakib Cham Lutaaya, husband to media personality Zari Hassan, has made it clear that his marriage is off-limits to anyone trying to get too close. In a candid Q&A, Shakib revealed that he dislikes when friends attempt to form close relationships with his wife, saying it is a deal breaker and could end their friendship. At the same time, he explained that he does not seek close bonds with Zari’s friends, keeping interactions polite but minimal. “A major turn off for me is when my friends try to befriend my wife. I absolutely dislike that, and they should know the boundaries,” Shakib said.

Having waited a long time to marry Zari, Shakib’s protective stance comes as no surprise. Previously, he has openly expressed discomfort with Zari’s continued closeness to her ex and father of her children, Diamond Platnumz. This tension led Zari to adjust her co-parenting arrangements, sending their children alone to Tanzania instead of traveling herself, showing her respect for Shakib’s feelings.

Shakib also addressed polygamy, noting that while his Islamic faith allows men to marry multiple wives if they can provide for them, he has no interest in taking another partner. He emphasized that he is happily married and content with the life he has built alongside Zari. He also shared how his father inspired him with his intelligence and impeccable style, guiding Shakib in his role as a husband and father.

In a lighter moment, Shakib admitted he once tricked Zari by pretending to rest at home while he went out clubbing, a confession that drew laughter but highlights the candid nature of their relationship. Overall, Shakib’s words demonstrate his determination to protect his marriage and ensure that his love for Zari remains secure from external pressures.
