Under Military Watch! Bobi Wine Mentions Gen Muhoozi in Fresh Accusations

Must read

Bobi Wine says he is still living under serious threats, with security forces surrounding his home and fear affecting his family every day. He claims that Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the President’s son, is the one he is referring to when he speaks about ongoing threats against him. According to Bobi Wine, the pressure and intimidation did not stop after the election period but instead increased. He says many of his supporters have been violently arrested, others beaten, and some killed, yet he insists his determination remains strong.

He also shares the emotional pain his family has gone through. Bobi Wine says his wife is still recovering from trauma after what he describes as a violent overnight raid at their home. He explains that the incident left deep fear and stress in the household. Living under constant surveillance and heavy security presence, he says, is not a normal life for any family. However, he adds that loyal friends, supporters, and community members continue to help keep them safe, giving him strength to carry on.

Speaking about the election, Bobi Wine believes the process was not free or fair. He says many Ugandans showed they wanted change, but the internet shutdown and military deployment created an atmosphere of fear. In his view, the will of the people was not respected. He argues that power was maintained through force rather than democratic agreement. Even so, he says the struggle is not only about him as an individual, but about the future of Uganda.

He further talks about the suffering of ordinary citizens. Bobi Wine claims thousands of people remain detained, while many families are mourning loved ones. Communities, he says, are living in fear, unsure of what might happen next. But despite the pain, he believes hope is still alive among the people. He says many Ugandans continue to pray, speak out, and believe that justice and freedom will one day come.

Even with soldiers around his home and threats he links to Gen Muhoozi, Bobi Wine says he still has faith. Deep in his heart, he believes Uganda will one day see peace, justice, and true democracy. His message to supporters remains one of unity and courage. He encourages them not to give up, holding onto the belief that, in the end, truth and the people’s voice will prevail — and as he says, “We shall overcome someday.”
