The National Unity Platform (NUP) Election Management Committee, led by Harriet Chemutai, has officially released the list of parliamentary candidates who will contest as the party’s flagbearers in the forthcoming general election.
The full list has been published on NUP’s official platforms, confirming who will carry the red banner into the 2026 race.
However, the announcement came with major surprises as several incumbent MPs were denied party tickets. Among those dropped in what many describe as Kavule’s latest purge are:
