Honorable Emmanuel Biara, along with his dedicated team, gave a warm and heartfelt welcome to President Yoweri Museveni when he visited Bukedea District. The President’s arrival at the hospital of Speaker Anita Among was a moment of great pride and excitement for the people of Bukedea.
Joining Honorable Biara in welcoming the President were several important local leaders and team members. Among them was Mr. Musa Giduno, the Mayor of Buyaga Town Council, who played a key role in organizing the reception. Also present was Mr. Washole Dan chairman team Biara and Mr Moses Kenneth Kitutu, the Chairman of LCIII Bunalwere Sub-county and a committed member of Team Biara, who worked closely to ensure a smooth event. The Team Biara constituency coordinator, Mr. Gregory Mayatsa, was actively involved in welcoming the President and coordinating with community members.
The younger generation was also well represented by Mr. Ayubu Wekesa, the Chairman of Youths for Team Biara. His presence symbolized the hope and support from Bukedea’s youth for development and progress. Additionally, Mr. Ivan Mutenyo, Chairman of the Boda Boda Association for Team Biara, showed the strong backing of local transport riders who play a vital role in the district’s economy.
The gathering at Speaker Anita Among’s hospital reflected unity and teamwork among Bukedea’s leaders and community members from neighbours. They expressed hope that the President’s visit would bring more attention and resources to their district, helping improve healthcare, infrastructure, and other vital services like cattle restocking program in Bulambuli constituency
