Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has announced a major leadership change in the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU), appointing Hon. Fadil Twalla as the new General Secretary of the movement. According to the statement shared on X, Hon. Twalla replaces Daudi Kabanda, who has been serving in the position for the past three years. The Patriotic League of Uganda, a political and civic movement associated with Gen Muhoozi, continues to expand its structure and influence. The appointment of Hon.
