Kira Road Police Division has appealed to the public for assistance in locating two students of Uganda School for the Deaf, Ntinda, who went missing on July 24, 2026.
The missing students have been identified as 16-year-old Muhoozi Alex and 14-year-old Mubiru Edrine. Police said the two were last seen at the school premises before they disappeared.
According to preliminary information, the students reportedly left the school at around 1:00 p.m. after jumping over the school perimeter wall. They have not returned or been seen since then.
Police have launched investigations into the disappearance and are following up on all available leads to establish the whereabouts of the two children.
Kira Road Police Division has urged members of the public who may have seen Muhoozi or Mubiru, or anyone with information that could help in the search, to come forward immediately.
Police said even the smallest piece of information could play an important role in helping reunite the children with their families and the school community.
The public has been encouraged to share the appeal widely and remain alert as efforts continue to locate the missing students.
