BREAKING!! Comrade Eddie Mutwe Violently Abducted by Armed Men in SFC Uniform

Must read

Tension is high this evening following the violent abduction of Comrade Eddie Mutwe, a prominent figure in the People Power movement, from Kiwango village in Mukono district.

Eyewitnesses report that heavily armed men, clad in the unmistakable uniform of the Special Forces Command (SFC), stormed the village in a Toyota van, commonly referred to as a “drone,” and forcefully seized Mutwe without any explanation. Residents say the operation was swift and brutal, leaving the local community in shock and fear.

“This was no arrest — it was a violent kidnapping,” said a villager who witnessed the incident but requested anonymity for fear of retaliation. “They grabbed him, shoved him into the drone, and sped off.”

At the time of filing this report, the whereabouts of Eddie Mutwe remain unknown, and authorities have not issued any official statement regarding the incident. Fears are mounting about his safety, especially given the rising number of enforced disappearances reported in the country.

Eddie Mutwe, a well-known ally of opposition leader Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, a.k.a. Bobi Wine, has previously been a target of state crackdowns for his political activism. This latest incident is likely to spark outrage among human rights groups and opposition supporters, many of whom are already demanding his immediate and unconditional release.

More updates to follow as the story develops.
