Former Uganda Police spokesperson and Chief Political Commissar, AIGP Asan Kasigye, had an outburst on Friday over what he described as threats from the Kira Road DPC, Boniface Kinyera.
Kasingye, who retired from the Police in 2022, has accused the DPC of assaulting his security guards
He posted on his X handle that the DPC had been threatening senior staff members of his security company named Tayari Security Services.
“DPC Kira Road. The threats you tell my Tayari supervisors, tell them to me directly. I have stomached a lot of your nonsense. Enough is enough!” He posted.
He, however, indicated that he had officially filed the complaint with the police leadership and that they were aware of it “in black and white.”
