Bushenyi Chief Magistrate has granted a cash bail or Shs100,000 to Mbabazi Passy the National Unity Platform registrar for Ishaka-Bushenyi.
Mbabazi was today March 19, 2025 arraigned at the Bushenyi Chief Magistrate’s Court for her bail hearing on charges hate speech against president Museveni.
Passy was arrested on March 3, 2025 has been on remand before Granted bail today.
Her legal team led by Tumukunde Joshua vowed to fight had until their client is free of all the charges.
