The Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire is on record that there is no such alleged confrontation incident reported in any police station.
It is also important to note that Dr. Mukiza does not drive himself in his official vehicle. He is always driven by an official driver whenever using a government car. Dr. Mukiza’s security is also well-managed by his security detail, who are trained to handle any potential security concerns.
The claim that Dr. Mukiza was driving while intoxicated and attempted to pull a gun on MP Kamuntu, is a direct attack on his moral and professional integrity.
