FINALLY: IGP Removes Bean weveils From Police Exodus Sacco

The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Abbas Byakagaba has finally heard police officers Cries and removed all bean wevils commonly known as Kawukumi who had benefited from police Exodus Sacco free money to various areas, Spyreports has learnt.
According to our reliable sources, IGP had received several intelligence reports how the officers had become problems to others when it came to acquiring lonas from their hard earned incomes. Insiders also revealed to us how IGP was also informed how these officers would extend themselves heavy loans and acquire multimillion properties around Kampala. “These officers became stickinly reach from Exodus Sacco money because they had free access to loans,” says an insider.
Some of the officers who were removed from the Sacco with heavy tears rolling from their eyes included ASP Male from Sacco to Kiboga as OC Station, SP Ochola Simon from Sacco and appointed OC Physical Fitness, SP Waiswa Julius from Sacco to Kasangati as OC. Others who were also affected included SP Nafuna Barbra from Sacco to Research, SP Epuat Emmanuel to Kigezi as Deputy free Manager,SP Tumusiime Posiano to Interpol and SP Munyira Savior from Sacco to Moroto as Fire officer. However officers are still calling IGP to also save them from SP Rugaya Mpuza Allan to get out of the Sacco because he is regarded as the most dangerous spacie in the Sacco. According to sources, he is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree from Tanzania on Sacco’s money.
OFFICERS DEMAND PROBE OVER Shs 400-500m
Some of the police officers we talked to say however IGP has acted,they still need more Investigations into how some of the Exodus Sacco officers acquired huge loans from Exodus and used them to buy Treasury Bonds from Bank of Uganda.
“Some officers which we can not reveal now more over with low ranks extended loans to themselves ranging between 400-500m and bought bonds from the Bank of Uganda. “An officer below the rank of SSP can get a loan from Exodus Sacco worth Shs 400-500m. The law doesn’t allow but were surprised and shocked to see lower ranking officers getting that huge amount of loan. The IGP should put an independent team to probe them,” Reveals another senior officer.
Efforts to get comments from Exodus Sacco Management were futile as no one could pick our calls.
