This morning, the Criminal Investigations Directorate (CID) welcomed a high-level delegation from the Egyptian Police, led by Brigadier General Ahmed Youssry Mohamed Hashem. The delegation, consisting of six senior officials, paid a courtesy call on the Director of CID, AIGP Tom Magambo, during their ongoing country visit to the Uganda Police Force.
The meeting provided an opportunity for both sides to engage in meaningful discussions on issues of mutual interest, particularly focusing on enhancing coordination in criminal investigations. The officials shared insights, experiences, and best practices to strengthen collaboration between the two police forces.
