President M7 Tightens The Rope On Forest Destroyers, Orders Shoot To Kill on Criminals Who Reject Security Arrest

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who also doubles as Commander In Chief (CIC) has given security an order on shoot to kill on criminals who will reject security arrest as they are found destroying forests in Northern Uganda, Spyreports has learnt.
According to highly placed security sources, the President issued an order over the weekend after he was briefed that some criminals with the hand of Top Mafias have violated his orders and continue with illegal exploitation on Forest resources.
While addressing the media on security highlights at police headquarters in Naguru on Monday, Police spokesperson Kitumwa Rusoke says “In May this year,the President issued an Executive Order NO 03/23 stopping burning of Chachor from Forests in Northern Uganda,”. He however says since the issuing of the presidential orders people in areas of Northern Uganda, North East, Acholi and West Nile continued to destroy Forests for Chachol. “We have been making joint security operations in Madi and several people have been arrested and bags of charcoal impounded,” he says. He says following the new Presidential directives Joint security, will arrest the entire chain that is from production, transportation ,Trade and middle men. “Whenever we would impound trucks, owners would come saying am sorry I was not aware that my truck was coming this side and am innocent. This time no one will be safe in the entire process,” Says Police Mouthpiece. He further urged the public to report these illegal activities. “We are working on pursuing the executive order no complaint will be heard during our joint operations that include Police,NEMA, Forestry and UPDF, he says.
