Defiant Again. Ntungamo Chief Magistrate Court Issues Last Criminal Summons to RDC

The Ntungamo Chief Magistrate's Court on Thursday 1st February issued last criminal summons to the Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Mucunguzi Goefrey after he failed to show up before court to answer his criminal cases.
The RDC together with his patterns in crime are facing charges of theft and house breaking.
The court had earlier issued criminal summons to RDC to appear and face trial but he clearly stated that he will never appear before the Chief Magistrate who he called corrupt magistrate. "I have always accused the Chief Magistrate of Ntungamo of corruption and killing cases so I can not appear before him," Says RDC recently.
According to new and last criminal summons, the RDC is supposed to face the Chief Magistrate on 21 March. Sources say if fails to show up, the warrant of arrest will be issued against him.

The RDC after attacking the Chief Magistrate and questioned the independence of Judicially, he was strongly warned by the Chief Justice Owinyi Dollo not to interfere with court processes again.
Sources from Office of the President told us that the RDC was recently grilled by his bosses in Kampala and asked him never to speak about the independence of Judiciary. "If you have a case as an individual go and face the law," One of the Officials from President's office was quoted grilling the RDC. Sources further say the RDC was banned from appearing on radios to discuss issues related to court matters
