NUP LC 3 Councillor Abducted At Party Headquarters By Security Forces.

The National Unity Platform (NUP) has accused. The security forces over continuous abduction of their members.

The Party Secretary General David Rubongoya told media that their party member and LC3 councilor Denis Senono was abducted by a moving drone.

"Yesterday at around 7:30pm, our comrade and L.3. Councillor Senono Denis commonly known as #DenCity was abducted by heavily armed soldiers who were moving in a drone. His whereabouts are still unknown. Den City is an impassioned young activist who is well known for raising the Uganda flag wherever we go and have activities". Said Rubongoya.

He added that an onlooker narrated to them; the drone Reg. UAK 387H had parked near the National Unity Platform headquarters for some time. While he walked a few meters away from the office, they grabbed him and forced him into the van which sped away.

"By now, he must be enduring untold torture and brutality from the same people who should be protecting citizens".Rubongoya added.
