Businessman Remanded Over Illegally Possession Of 40 Acre Land

State House Anti Corruption Unit working with the Criminal Investigations Direstorate and Office of the Director of Public Prosecution have arraigned Musoga Robert, before the Chief Magistrates Court in Hoima on charges of Forcible Detainer.

 The accused between 2016 and 2024 in Kikuube district, forcefully took possession of land approximately 40 acres, ignoring several judgements including; warrants of execution which were issued by Court and cleared for implementation.

Despite this, the accused continued to illegally take possession of the land, to the detriment of the rightful owner.

He has been remanded until 7/ 11/2024.
