Police Boss Attacked At Gate, Tied Together With Wife On Ropes And Robbed Of Pistol , Cash Other Belongings

Police in Kasanagati are investigating a case in which a senior police officer was attacked by assailants at his home and robbed off his pistol and all belongings .

The attacked police officer is a resident of Kabuki zone, Kabubu parish Kasangati town council in Wakiso districtand has been identified as SSP Ekudot Moses a police officer attached in ICT police headquarters.

 This incident happend on 19/12/2024 at around 1100c, when he was coming from work, as he reached at his gate,hooted his wife opened for him and as he was getting things he had shopped and putting them in house, he was attacked by group of about 6 people armed with one AK47 and pangas injured him the left arm, the back by cutting , tied him together with his wife and robbed him a pistol of which it’s number is not yet identified, two mobile phones Sumsang Sx23 , IPhone with a bag containing ATM card of centenary Bank and Stanbic Bank, a police laptop Lenovo type, National ID, Warrant card and cash money worth 850000 and after they exited by climbing the wall went.

The Victims were taken to the hospital for treatment and three male suspects have been Arrested as inquiries are still ongoing.
