CAO Gives Masindi Hospital Boss 14 Days To Defend Himself Over Fighting At The Work Place.

The Masindi Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Sanyu Phionah has issued an ultimatum of two weeks to Masindi Hospital Ag. Medical Superintendent Dr.Katusiime Vicent to give an explanation on a video clip making rounds in the media domain capturing him and other women fighting within the Hospital Premises.

In the letter dated 16th April 2024, Dr Katusiime is accused of breaching sections F-R and F-s of the public service standing order,2021.

He is therefore given 14 days to give an explanation as to why he should not be subjected to the disciplinary committee.

The Doctor is accused of acting in a manner that brings service into disrepute, fighting at the workplace, and having a conflict of interest.

The CAO warned Dr Katusiime that she would be forced to take any decision against him if he failed to submit his explanation.
