Court Remands Suspect for Malicious Damage of a 99 Year Old Woman’s Property

Kira Chief Magistrates Court has remanded a suspect to prison on charges of Malicious Damage to Property. The suspect identified as Semakula Yusuf was on Wednesday afternoon arraigned in court by the State House Anti Corruption Unit 
working with the Criminal Investigations Directorate CID.

Prosecution alleges that between 14th and 28th December 2022, at Buloli Namugongo- Kira division, Wakiso district, the accused maliciously destroyed property belonging to 99 year old Namazzi Helena.

Kira Chief Magistrates Court has remanded Semakula Yusuf until 14/11/2023 for mention of his case.
