Entebbe International Airport Lands Airbus 350-1000 Series, Becomes Second In Africa.

Entebbe International Airport has today made history as the second airport in Africa to land the Airbus 350-1000 series by Ethiopian Airlines.
The aircraft was today at 11.00am received at Entebbe with a water gun, saluted by the Aerodrome Rescue and Fire Fighting Services.
The Airbus 350-1000 series is one of the largest versions of the Airbus 350 family with a capacity of 34 business and 320 economy passengers.
It carries a maximum weight of 322 tonnes.
Ethiopian Airlines operates four flights a day comprised of a Dreamliner 787 with a capacity of 335 passengers and three other flights of Boeing 737 MAX with a capacity of 153 passengers at Entebbe International Airport.
And with the 5th freedom the airline has sometimes operated six flights a day with flights through to Juba.
