Four UPDF Officers Promoted To The Rank Major General Rank

The Commander of Defense Forces Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba of the Uganda Peoples Defense Forces has announced the promotion and confirmation of the Division Commanders below.

 Brigadier General Stephen Mugerwa to Acting Major General, Commander of 1st Infantry Division of the UPDF.

Brigadier General Paul Muhanguzi to Acting Major General, Commander 2nd Infantry Division.

 Brigadier General Felix Busizoori to Acting Major General, Commander of 4th Infantry Division.

 Brigadier General Keith Katungi to Acting Major General, Commander of the 5th Infantry Division.
