Ministry Of Trade PS SSALI Is Always A Problem Maker, Fighter And Arrogant Wherever She Is Deployed.

 The permanent Secretary of Ministry of Trade and Cooperatives ms Geraldine Ssali who is in the news for punching Aneno Sandra the legal officer at the Ministry and later illegally interdicted her has been described as a problem causer, fighter and arrogant by several people who have worked with her.

Many people who have worked with her say her biggest problem is she thinks she is more intelligent than every body. "She is always arrogant and full of her self," says a staff at NSFS who worked with her.

The source says while working as Deputy Director NSSF, she used to brag how she worked at Her Majesty's treasury in UK.

 The source says at one time she said "Am more exposed than many of you and your advice and counsels are not welcome," .

The statement annoyed everybody at NSSF. "Iam not your level. She during one of the meeting that was chaired by former NSSF MD Richard Byarugaba.

Other sources say, she badly attacked Mr Byarugaba and he asked her why she abandoned her job in London to work for backward organisation like NSSF.

 Sources say she responded to Byarugba saying "I didn't plead for this job like you did," Other sources say in one of the meeting she openly told Finance Mister Matia Kasaija how his ideas if turning NSSF around were as old as himself.

The source says Kasaija fumed and wanted to storm out of the meeting but he later calmed.

"If you comment about her dress code or hairstyle in a negative way she will abuse you can not even forgive," Reveals another staff at NSSF. 

The source says she knows she is very beautiful. "She has always clashed with colleagues and bosses where she is deployed," States another female staff at NSSF.

Another source says to make it worse, she even clashed with bosses while in her maternal leave because she wanted to command staffs while at leave which staff declined.

When she returned, Board sent her on forced leave to investigate the allegations of insubordination and being abusive to her superiors. She further ran to court.

 "Because of her war and abuses, NSSF Board headed Matia Kasaija refused to renew her contract in 2017.

 She spent four years on katebe until she begged President Museveni and appointed her PS Trade.

Two years in office, she was in scandle of she 2bn by inflating the price of renovation.

Sources at Farmers house say her fight with Aneno escalated when she told MPs that Ssali with David Mutegeki who us her Junior in ranks.

 In 2023, Ssali was suspended by PSST Ramathan Ggoobi on corruption allegations at the Ministry.

 "There is another controversy involving her at the Ministry and is not too far. Just wait to see it," Reveals another staff at the Ministry.
