Museveni Orders For State Burial Of Fallen ISO Boss Brig Oluka.

The President of Uganda H.E Gen (Rtd) Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has granted an official burial to the deceased former Director General Internal Security Organisation (ISO), Brig. Gen. Charles Oluka, who passed away on Wednesday evening.

 Accordingly, the National organising Committee will liaise with the family to finalise arrangements.

 This has been revealed by the Minister for presidency Hom Milly Babalanda .

"Profound condolences to the family, ISO, the people of Teso and Ugandans at large on losing such a dedicated and friendly officer. May his soul rest in eternal peace!" She said. 

The burial of the late Brig Gen. Charles Oluka, is set for Sunday, February 2, 2025 in Ousia, Apapai sub county, Karachi district.
