Police Boss Attacked by Karamojong Warriors, Survives Death.

The officer in charge station (OC station) ASP Ivan Nduhura servived death last night after Karamojong warriors attacked him inside the barracks.
According to our sources, Karamojong warriors attacked  Nakapiripit police barracks in the wee hours of Sunday night and started firing live bullets directly at the house of ASP Ivan Nduhura injuring him.
"Warriors attacked us inside the barracks but found us ready and we managed to fire back but our boss' hand was injured and his house damaged and luckily enough no body was killed because we made a good counter attack," says our source at Nakapiripit police station.
Our sources added that immediately after the attack, police officers together with other security agencies followed back the warriors and still the hunt for them is ongoing.
Recently Karamojong warriors  have been waylaying politicians, security forces, business people in the community and other residents killing them.
UPDF is still on the hunt for Karamojong warriors who have refused to hand over guns peacefully. Recently UPDF and other security agencies gave out certificates to the karamajongo warriors who had handed over guns peacefully.
