Police Hunt for a Suspected Defiler and Murderer

Detectives of Nakaseke district are hunting for a suspect for the alleged defilement and murder of a 6 year old that occurred on Friday 20/10/2023 at approximately 2pm at Kirangazi village, Katugo parish Ngoma subcounty in Nakaseke district.
The deceased has been identified as Komugisha Happy aged 6years old a pupil of Apex Model Primary School and resident of the above address.  
It's alleged that yesterday 20/10/2023 at round 1:30pm to 2pm as the victim was coming back from school together with her fellow 4 school pupils, the suspect told the victim to enter the farm along the road and help in lifting the firewood and immediately the rest of the pupils had the victim crying once and they run away where they later informed a scertain man of what had happened. The suspect first defiled the victim and after murdered her using her underwear (nicker) immediately.
When police received information from Ntegeka Moses aged 45years a Munyankole by tribe resident of the same area. They responded immediately and opened up a file of murder, scene visited and documented by soco, the body was examined by a doctor from ngoma town council, relevant statements were recorded from relevant witnesses.
