State House Anti Corruption Unit Arraigns Suspect to Court on Charges of Forgery

The State House Anti Corruption Unit together with Uganda Police Force have arraigned Nassolo Hidaya before the Buganda road Chief Magistrates Court on charges of Forgery and Uttering False document.

Prosecution heard that Nassolo allegedly forged and obtained a certificate of no objection from the office of Administrator General granting her letters of administration for the estate of the late Emmanuel Kawooya at the expense of the deceased's family. She has been remanded until 26/09/23.
