Two Children Disappeared in Kazinga Village, Wakiso District, Police Commence Investigations.

The Nansana Police Division, are investigating the  disappearance of two children from Kazinga Village, Wakiso Subcounty, Wakiso District.

Vianney Mukisa, a 13-year-old pupil and Congole Israel, also known as Lucky, a 13-year-old pupil of Congolese nationality and refugee status, went missing from their respective homes in Kazinga Village, Wakiso Subcounty, Wakiso District On 27th April 2023. The children were close friends and attended Umea Primary School in Wakiso. They disappeared when together.

Luke Owoyesigyire the KMP Deputy Spokesperson informs the public that an extensive search operation for the missing children is currently underway. "The Nansana Police Division, in collaboration with relevant authorities and community members, is diligently working to locate and ensure the safe return of Vianney Mukisa and Congole Israel," Owoyesigyire said.

"We urge anyone with any information related to the whereabouts of these children or any details that may assist in the investigation to come forward and report to the nearest police station or contact the following dedicated helpline: 0779517783," he added.
