Uganda Immigration Officers Arrest Rwandan, Nigerian Nationals over Fraudulent Procurement of Ugandan Passports.

Officers attached to Uganda Immigration are holding two foreigners over trying to acquire Ugandan passports fraudulently. The arrested have been identified as Okech Emmanuel Grace as per his national ID when actually he is a Nigerian National and a one Agaba Sissor as per national ID but who later told us that his real name is Jeremiah Ndayisenga.

According to Ministry of Internal Affairs mouthpiece, Simon Mundeyi. Okech Emmanuel Grace a Nigerian National seemed suspecoius on his arrival at our desks when we started asking him about the questions he had filled while trying to process a passport and when questions regarding his citizenship were put to him, we found out that he can't speak any of the language on his forms and does not understand any of the tribes he had also filled.

The spokesperson also told us that a Rwandan national whose ID calls him Agaba Sissor but while in actual sense he is called Jeremiah Ndayisenga wanted to use our national ID to cross over to other countries. "We are still keeping the two foreigners with our intelligence departments for further management until when we are done with our findings and then hand them over to police for prosecution,"says immigration spokesperson.

However questions that need answers are, how did they acquire the national ID of our country, and why couldn't the government detect the fraudulent acquisition of the National IDs.
