22 Year Old Male Sodomized in Search for a Job

Detectives have commenced investigations into a case of sodomy of a 22 year old male adult resident of Kisenyi cell Kakoba ward Mbarara City by Mr.Tumushabe Nelson amale adult businessman in Mbarara Central Market. 

It's alleged that the suspect took advantage of the victim in the pretext of getting him a job in the night of 10/10/2023 at 01:00am.

According to the victim on the 09/10/2023 at around 7:30pm, when the victim was in search for a job around the Mbarara City, he met the suspect at Mailo two on Masaka Road who later took the victim to his home which is located in the same area and it was at around 1am in the night of 10/10/2023, that the suspect turned against the victim, threatened him and forcely had anal sex (sodomised) with him.

In the morning the suspect took the victim for breakfast and later proceeded to Mbarara Central Market where he works and it's at that stage, that he informed the victim that since he didn't have a national identity card it was going to be hard for him to be hired as result the victim went and reported the matter to police.

Tasked team of investigators subjected the victim to a medical examination which established that he had inflammations and had been sodomised which led to the arrest of the suspect.

SP Kasasira Samson PRO Rwizi said, "the team proceeded to the scene of crime and documented it, upon search several tangible exhibits were recovered which included, 22 personal lubricants-water base oil, 52 condoms,19strips of HIV testing kits and 02 tins of ARVs recovered and exhibited."
