Aya Hotel UP For Sale over Billion Debts

Top city tycoon Muhammad commonly known as Aya is losing his multi billion Pearl of Africa hotel over billion debts. According to information obtained by spyreports, the facility has not been functioning for the last four months.
"Before the hotel was published for Auctioning, to the public, it has not been working," Says a security personal from Nakasero. He added that the management had failed to pay service bills like water, electricity, workers, taxes among others.
"The truth is Pearl of Africa hotel stopped working some time back but the public was not aware. National Water and Sewage Corporation had disconnected it for failure to pay water bills that had accumulated more times," Says a security chief.
He added that workers were demanding salaries for almost a year. "Recently there was a wedding that was held at the hotel and amidist the function the, power was cut off and the hotel lacked money to light up a generator and the groom collapsed and was rushed to the hospital," Says another source at the hotel.
