City Lawyer Mabirizi Prefers Charges of Concealment of a Record on NWSC Boss

Male Mabirizi a city lawyer has applied to the magistrate grade one City Hall Court to have Silver Mugisha, the Managing Director, National Water and Sewerage Corporation NWSC, charged with concealment of a record contrary to section 46c of the access to information act, 2005.

Mabirizi contends that on 06/06/2023, Mugisha with to deny a right of access to the former, at the National Water and Sewerage Corporation offices at Nakasero in Kampala, concealed adverts, interviews, shortlist, board minutes and other records relating to the appointment of Silver Mugisha as the 2023-2028 Managing Director.
