Gen Muhoozi Restructures PLU, Appoints Hon Kabanda Secretary General, Edwin Karugire Director Legal.

The Chairman of PLU a non- Political group Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba who also doubles as the Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) has restructured PLU and made some changes. According to information, Gen Muhoozi has appointed Kasambya MP David Kabanda as the Secretary General of PLU, Michael Nuwagire President Museveni young brother has been appointed as National Vice Chairperson who will also serve as acting chairman as Gen Muhoozi serves the army.

Other people who were also appointed Hon Michael Mawanda Director Mobilisation while, Edwin Karugire president Museveni in law has been appointed head legal.

 The announcement was made during a secret meeting held in Entebbe.
Minister Lillian Aber and Balaam Barugahare will serve as Vice Chairperson for Western and Northern Uganda respectively.
