The Chief Justice of Uganda who also heads Judiciary Alfonse Owinyi Dollo has issued a strong warning to Ntungamo RDC Mucunguzi Geofrey to get away from Court processes or else he faces the wrath of the Law, Spyreports has exclusively learnt.
In a letter which we obtained a copy, the Chief Justice said "where a court has issued an ordered, it must be respected,". He added that where one is dissatisfied with court, the law provides avenues for redress.
"The Judiciary is deeply concerned by various media reports where the Ntungamo RDC Geofrey Musinguzi continues to Justify meddling in courts matters claiming they are administrative interactions," reads part of Chief Justice letter. The head of Justice says these acts compromise the integrity of court system and the administration of Justice as a whole.
The Chief Justice's letter comes after Ntungamo RDC Geofrey mucunguzi  said he would not appear before Chief Magistrate court to face charges of theft and house breaking saying he was not answerable to him.
Its is on record that RDC, GISO went and broke the house of Debroh In Kafunjo Ntungamo District and stole properties that belonged to the tenant. The tenant later dragged them to courts of law.
When court summoned him, he for trial, he instead addressed the media and accused Judiciary of corruption. "Let me make it clear, if the Chief Magistrate of Ntungamo calls me, I can not go because am not answerable to him," RDC says after he was issued with criminal summons. While committing the offences,RDC says as the chief Monitor he does not need a permission from Court to do his administrative roles.
