IGP Appoints Emitu as New Kabalye Boss.
The Inspector General of Police Martin Okoth Ochola has appointed Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Ezekiel Emitu as the new Commandant of Kabalye Police Training School based in Masindi district.
According to inside source based at police headquarters in Naguru, IGP Ochola issued a special Message appointing Emitu as the Commandant for Kabalye police training school. Emitu who has been the Commander for VIPPU has replaced Commissioner of Police (CP) Ziwesi Abubakar.
According to Security sources, Emitu's appointment seems to have been a directive from the President.
